Licence and registration

Exclusive Advisory Services (Pty) Ltd is an FSCA-licensed crypto asset service provider, FSP No. 53473. Reg. No. 2022/763376/07. Registered with the Financial Intelligence Centre (FIC). AML, KYC and CFT

We verify client identity, ownership and source of funds, and monitor transactions on an ongoing basis, in line with the Financial Intelligence Centre Act, 2001 (FICA) and the FSCA's requirements for crypto asset service providers. Onboarding and due diligence take place under separate engagement terms once an enquiry progresses.

Travel Rule statement

When a transfer of crypto assets involves another virtual asset service provider, we collect and, where required, share originator and beneficiary information with that counterparty, in line with FIC Travel Rule guidance, to help detect and prevent money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

Client asset protection

We keep client funds and client crypto assets separate from EAS's own operating assets, and apply security, access-control and reconciliation practices appropriate to a licensed crypto asset service provider.

Complaints procedure

If something goes wrong, contact us first at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +27 60 222 1111, with enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge your complaint and look into it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate the matter to the FSCA, or, where the complaint concerns financial advice or intermediary services, to the FAIS Ombud.
